Payment is expected on completion of the work. Accounts are only available by prior arrangement.
Computers left at the workshop for more than 3 months will be sold to defray costs.
What will it cost? Its difficult to give a quote first, but our average charge time for 2009 was 1.05 hours. Its rare to charge more than a few hours.
In 2009 only 2.7% of jobs were more than 3 hours, and only 10.7% were more than 2 hours.

Not all problems can be fixed remotely, and you must have a working broadband internet connection.
Only one problem can be fixed per fee.
If we can't fix the problem there is no charge.
Payment is required by Credit card on completion of the work, you may be asked for the card number at the start of the job

Either call now to book us to come to your place OR just pop your computer in- in either case mention you need URGENT service.
If you want us to come to you we will be there within an hour.
If you drop it to us we will start on it straight away and give it top priority.
An URGENT fee of $48 applies to any other charges.
Any work done is charged in 15 minute blocks at $24 per block.
If you want us at your place there is an additional fee, for travel, of $48.
Even with this top priority some jobs take time - but we will fix it as quick as it possibly can be fixed. We may even suggest a work around solution to get you going in the mean time.

This is our standard service and no additional fee applies.
Some jobs take time so we cannot guarantee that your job will be done within 8 standard work hours (24 normal hours), but this is our aim. We regularly measure our success in this area. From Jan 2009 - Jan 2010 we completed 86.6% of all repairs within 8 work hours.
The workshop is open from 9am - 5pm weekdays.
Any work done is charged in 15 minute blocks at $24 per block.

If you want us to come to you, the travel is also discounted by 25%.
Any work done is charged in 15 minute blocks at $18 per block.
If you want us at your place there is a travel fee of $36.
We do not finish the work in 3 days, but start it in 3 days. The actual repair time may be longer.
If you want us at your place we can book you in for a certain day- we will then call you on that day 15 minutes prior to coming. If you are unavailable that day we will try the next day otherwise you will need to rebook.
