Payment Terms

At Computer Help NZ, we keep things simple and fair. We’re here to deliver great service at a great price, and we ask for your support with prompt payment so we can keep doing what we do best.

For Workshop & Onsite Repairs

  • Payment is due on completion of the work.
  • A Late Payment Administration Fee of $23 incl. GST applies if payment is not received within 7 days. This helps cover the cost of chasing and processing late payments.
  • The same $23 incl. GST fee will be added each month the account remains unpaid.
  • Accounts overdue by 60 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, with all collection costs added to your account.

Recurring & Subscription Services

  • All recurring services (including Acceleration Business Membership, Total Home Membership, Broadband, Voice, and most subscriptions) are pre-paid 
  • For Broadband and Voice services we require you to pay by Direct Debit
  • Preferred payment methods are Direct Debit or Stripe.
  • If you choose Direct Debit a 2.5% discount applies.
  • If payment is over 30 days late, we may suspend services

Acceleration Business Members

  • If you sign up to our Acceleration Business Membership you will be offered credit terms of 20 days.
  • A Late Payment Administration Fee of $23 incl. GST applies if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date
  • If you choose Direct Debit a 2.5% discount applies.

Hardware & Bundles

  • Computers, laptops and bundles require a 10% deposit before we order or begin work (or full payment for special orders).
  • Payment is expected in full on delivery - if you want to pay when you order, that would be appreciated too.

Legal Information

  1. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or placing an order with Computer Help NZ, you agree to these Payment Terms.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  3. You agree to reimburse us for all reasonable costs (including debt collection agency fees and legal costs) incurred in recovering any overdue amounts.
  4. You may not withhold payment or set off any amounts against invoices due to us.
  5. We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
