We have a handful of questions which we will talk through with you including asking permission to access your companies IT profile with Microsoft and Tribe so we can begin to map your transition.
We will also book a Teams meeting with you for around 5 days after the call or email exchange when we will have all the information that we need, to ensure a quality and highly reliable cutover to Computer Help. We will continue the support that your company had with Tribe — or help you re-evaluate and optimise - your call.
